CALDES DE MALAVELLA
Between the Costa Brava and the Sierra de les Guilleries is the municipality of Caldes de Malavella, known for its hot springs. The thermal past of Caldes goes back to the old age, testimony of it are the Roman baths that still retain traces of this tradition. SANT FELIU DE GUIXOLS
Sant Feliu de Guíxols is an ampurdanesa population located in the heart of the Costa Brava that, thanks to its mild climate, is surrounded by a landscape full of contrasts.
The architectural ensemble of the Benedictine monastery is the greatest heritage of the city, and retains important elements such as its oldest part, the Romanesque Porta Ferrada (10th century), which has become a symbol.

ISLAS MEDAS
The Medes Islands (Illes Medes) are an archipelago located in the Mediterranean Sea formed by about seven small islands and some islets off the coast of Catalonia (northeastern Spain). It has an approximately surface of 21,5 ha. It has a seabed, favored by its proximity to the mouth of the Ter River, which attracts numerous researchers who study it every year making this maritime reserve one of the most important in the Mediterranean and the largest in Catalonia.
